Fit Icon: Scarlett Johansson Workout
Want to get body like Scarlett Johansson? Well, you’re in luck cause the Iron Man 2 hottie is this week’s Fit Icon.
Scarlett Joahnsson is one of Hollywood’s most beautiful actresses. She’s starred in such movies as Lost in Translation, The Prestige, The Island as well as this months Iron Man 2 movie. Scarlett is know for her trademark old Hollywood curves in a world where the skinniest girl gets the part, Scarlett (too me) is an inspiration for the real women out there.

Butt:
But Scarlett Johansson is not just curvy, she has one of the more fit bodies in Hollywood. So to get her awesome butt try this exercise.
Plie
A Great Workout for your glutes:
Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, arms at sides, toes turned out. Tuck tailbone under and contract glutes. Lower body into a plie squat as low as you can go without allowing knees to creep past toes. Simultaneously raise arms to shoulder height in front of body, palms down. Hold for 2 seconds, then return to starting position. After 20 reps, pulse at the bottom for 20 seconds.

Hips & Thighs

Side Lunge Slide
Get Hips and Things Like Scarlett
Stand with feet hip-width apart, left foot resting on a paper plate. Bend the right leg while sliding the left foot to the side, torso upright and abs in. Slowly slide left foot back to starting position, repeating 8-12 times. Switch legs and repeat for 2-3 sets.
